Shipping & Returns

All orders for hard copies of CDs, DVDs and books are shipped by Registered Post , which provides proof of delivery. As soon as your order is dispatched, usually the same day or the following business day, you will receive an email message providing you with the tracking number of the shipment so that you can track your order in case there is a delay or a problem with delivery. Some national postal services, as for example the US Postal Service, Canada Post, the British Royal Mail, etc. also provide an online tracking service on their websites, where you can enter the tracking number sent to you and see the status of this shipment. Alternatively, you can email orders@homoecumenicus.com to enquire about the shipping status of your order.

Estimated Delivery Time
USA- 5 to 7 business days.
Europe- 3 to 5 business days.
All other countries- 6 to 12 business days.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left that your item will either be redelivered, or can be collected from your local post office. In such a case, please note that the policy of most postal services is to return to the sender items unclaimed for more than two weeks.
