SHIPPING METHOD All orders for hard copies of CDs are shipped by registered mail, which provides proof of delivery. As soon as your order is dispatched (usually the same day or the following business day) you will receive an email message providing you with the tracking number of the shipment so that you can track your order in case there is a delay or a problem with delivery. Some national postal services (for example the US Postal Service, Canada Post, the British Royal Mail, etc.) also provide an online tracking service on their websites, where you can enter your shipment's tracking number and see the status of this shipment. Alternatively, you can email orders@homoecumenicus.com to enquire about the shipping status of your order. DELIVERY TIME USA: 7 business days, Europe: 5 business days, All other countries: from 6 to 12 days				ACCESSING THE PURCHASED MP3 FILES To access the files you purchased, you must click the link provided to you after check out and at the prompt for a user name and password, to enter: User name: CARDHOLDER'S SURNAME (the actual cardholder's surname, the one you entered in the submitted form. This must be in capital letters and without spaces before, after or in the middle of the word). Example: SMITH Password: Last four digits of the Credit Card you used for this purchase.
